P3A/15 steel fibre basaltic floor

cement based industrial floor coating reinforced with basaltic aggregates and steel fibre for particularly strong stresses

  • cement screed in accordance to EN 13813
  • fire safety mortar (construction material class A1)
  • heat-resistant, up to 500 °C (932 °F) (briefly)
  • contains steel fibres, available also with stainless steel fibres
  • particularly due to its resistance to flexural and shear stresses, guarantees a practically indestructible floor, most resistant to recognisable loads
  • PH15: bonding bridge for basaltic floors
  • granularity: 0-5 mm
  • layer thickness: 20-80 mm
  • consumption: 2,50 kg/(m²⋅mm)
  • processing time at 20°C (68 °F): about 40 min
  • pressure resistance after 28 d: ≥ 85 N/mm²

  • cement-bound, industrial floor covering, reinforced with steel fibre for specially hard stress. Stress group: heavy (DIN 18560, part 7)
  • contains steel fibres, available also with stainless steel fibres
  • high adhesion strength on sufficiently abrasion resistant concrete grounds when combined with the bonding bridges belonging to the corresponding system
  • develops extremely high firmness, specially due to its flexural and shear strength, it is possible to build an almost indestructible floor with high resistance to mechanical stress
  • impermeable to water and to great extent oil resistant
  • reliable also under circumstances, under which the dynamic loads and the high shear stresses would normally lead to material fracture
  • easy to handle and cost efficient
  • satisfies the requirements of the type A1 construction materials (non-flammable) according to the ruling 2000/605/EG of the European Commission, September 26th 2000 (published in official journal, L258)

fields of application
