IB50PP industrial floor (temperature resistant)

cement based industrial floor coating reinforced with basaltic aggregates for strong stresses and high tempratures

  • cement screed in accordance to EN 13813
  • fire safety mortar (construction material class A1)
  • heat-resistant for a short term up to 400°C
  • particularly due to its resistance to flexural and shear stresses, guarantees a practically indestructible floor, most resistant to recognisable loads
  • IH10: bonding bridge for basaltic floors
  • granularity: 0-5 mm
  • layer thickness: 30-100 mm
  • consumption: 2,20 kg/(m²⋅mm)
  • processing time at 20°C (68 °F): about 30 min
  • compressive strength after 28 d: ≥ 85 N/mm²
  • tempreture resistant up to 400 °C for a short term
  • abrasion: 5 cm³/50 cm²
CE marking
P3A15

properties

  • cement-bound, industrial floor covering for hard stress. Stress group: heavy (DIN 18560, part 7)
  • high adhesion strength on sufficiently abrasion resistant concrete grounds when combined with the bonding bridges belonging to the corresponding system
  • develops extremely high firmness, specially due to its flexural and shear strength, it is possible to build an almost indestructible floor with high resistance to mechanical stress
  • impermeable to water and to great extent oil resistant
  • reliable also under circumstances, under which the dynamic loads and the high shear stresses would normally lead to material fracture
  • easy to handle and cost efficient
  • satisfies the requirements of the type A1 construction materials (non-flammable) according to the ruling 2000/605/EG of the European Commission, September 26th 2000 (published in official journal, L258)

fields of application

  • industrial floors subject to heavy stresses
  • ramps
  • storage halls, factories
  • belt conveyors, belt conveyor flights, transportation roadways
  • roadways in industrial areas, conveyor roads
  • tank hangars, garages and workshops
  • wagon and vehicle scales
