One grout for almost all applications?

V1®/80 PAGEL-grout

The further development of our PAGEL V1® series

With our new V1®/80 PAGEL grout, we at PAGEL Spezial-Beton are relying on a new, innovative raw material composition that reduces emissions while delivering exactly what counts in practice: high strength, variable application options, high flow behaviour and low shrinkage. This offers you reliable processing and permanently resilient results. This makes sustainable construction and repair in industrial and civil engineering noticeably easier.

Extremely low shrinkage: Shrinkage class SKVB 0

Precision is not a bonus, but a prerequisite. The V1®/80 is categorised as SKVB 0 and enables extremely low shrinkage, ideal for demanding casting tasks where dimensional accuracy, force closure and long-term stability are crucial.

Flexible in use: 30–200 (250) mm underlay height

The combination of extremely low shrinkage and an excellent grading curve of V1®/80 enables reliable underlayment heights of 30 to 200 (250) mm to be achieved. Whether for machine foundations, steel supports, bearing plates, bearing bases or repair areas: you benefit from the variable application options and outstanding concrete properties of the new V1/80 Pagel grout.

Are we ready for change?

Let’s get CUBE

The construction industry is partly responsible for progressive climate change due to the depletion of valuable resources and enormous CO2 emissions. In order to preserve our living space, the construction industry must change. But are we ready for change? Carbon concrete is a real game changer in this regard.
Carbon concrete alone is not the solution, but it does make a significant contribution to the sustainable use of valuable resources. With the construction of the CUBE, we are setting a milestone for future construction projects that can be built in a climate-friendly and resource-efficient manner.

In February 2019, PAGEL was commissioned by the C³ consortium to develop a mortar that could be used in a spraying process to construct the walls and ceilings of the CUBE. PAGEL began developing a suitable mortar in spring 2019. The first positive results were available in summer 2019. In autumn 2019, a PAGEL processing team produced test specimens, on the basis of which approval was granted in spring 2020 for the mortars PAGEL C20.2 white and PAGEL C20.2 grey on a case-by-case basis (ZiE). The wall and ceiling construction was scheduled to be completed in spring/summer 2020. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, this construction is expected to be delayed until autumn 2021. With the special mortars it has developed, PAGEL has once again demonstrated its expertise in project-related product development. We are delighted to be part of this innovative development.
